Pilates comes to you for a unique, customized Pilates session in your home or office. Utilize the equipment you have at your home/office or Laura can bring small equipment and props to you.

Please note any groups larger that 5 will be charged an additional rate per person. Each additional person will be an additional $30 per person.

Sessions are 55 minutes in length, this includes any set up and clean up time.

Home Appointment

Private Appointment

In a private Pilates session, you will work one-on-one with an instructor to progress through the Pilates method on the equipment and mat. These sessions provide you with the most personalized sequencing and detailed attention, as they are specifically tailored for you, your body, and your movement goals.

Sessions are 55 minutes in length. 

You should take privates if:

  • You want to intensify your workouts.

  • You want to use every piece of Pilates equipment.

  • You are recovering from a surgery or treatment.

  • You have a specific goal or need that can not be addressed in a group class.

  • You suffer from chronic pain and have tried other methods such as: chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, and are not seeing improvements.

Duet Appointment

Share time with a partner, friend, or family member in this private customized program. Laura will assess your body alignment, gait, and identify your personal goals. Enjoy training experience built just for you and your partner, your body, and personal goal. 

Trio Appointment

Groups of three participants and one instructor with similar fitness backgrounds who enjoy a small group setting. A great way for friends to be active together.

Small Group Appointment

Designed for small groups of clients who want to get a great workout together in a private class. Private Group Appointments are ideal for team-building events for organizations, celebrating special occasions, or simply getting friends or family together for a private Pilates class. Classes are tailored to the needs and preferences of clients and can accommodate 4-10 people. 

Mat Class  

Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Method establishing the connection of the mind controlling the body through whole body movements developing core control using one's body weight as resistance.

You get to know yourself on the Mat.  Learn where your challenge points are how to correct those imbalances as you move through exercises focusing on muscle control without momentum. Occasionally,  mat classes will utilize props such as the Pilates magic circle, foam roller, small balls, or weights.

Equipment Class

Equipment classes are done on specialty Pilates equipment design by Joe Pilates: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Learn general movement principals of the method using the spring-loaded equipment to support and challenge the body creating strength and muscle control.
