Polices

General Policies:

  • Wear comfortable form fitting clothing that allows the body to move freely.

  • Shoes are not permitted inside the studio.

  • No heavy perfumes or lotions.

  • No gum/mints/candy etc. during classes.

  • Please silence cell phones upon entering the studio and take phone calls outside.

  • It is recommended to do Pilates 2-3 times per week to attain maximum benefits.

  • All classes, privates, and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes in length with 5 minutes to clean and schedule.

  • If you arrive late for your scheduled session the session still ends at the predetermined time. It is at the instructor’s discretion whether you will be able to join a class when arriving late, as it can be unsafe to miss your warm up.

  • Pilates Studio 1 and Pilates Life Studio have a strict sock policy during workouts. Please bring socks to your appointment or class otherwise you will be asked to purchase ones from the studio.

New Clients:

  • All new clients are required to complete a private session with Laura before signing up for other class types.

  • Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for your first session to complete the necessary paperwork.

  • New client forms: liability waiver and medical screening forms must be completed before beginning a workout.

Cancellation Policies:

  • All Pilates Studios operate under a mandatory 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for all services and scheduled Pilates sessions. All clientele who choose to cancel a scheduled appointment without providing 24-hours’ notice agree to be held fully responsible for the full-service rate.

Payment Policies:

  • Payment is due when you schedule your session. Sessions must be paid for in advance in the form of Cash, Credit Card, or Check.

Expiration Dates:

  • Sessions/Classes purchased expire one year (365) days from the date of purchase.
